The Assignment

1) Country Head / Managing Director for Sri Lanka for an MNC based out of India

The Challenge – The candidate had to be a Sri Lankan.

The Zenith approach – Map the local Industry and identify a list of companies relevant to our client. Pick out profiles of similar candidates from these organizations. Share the profiles with the Client and based on their feedback shortlist prospects. Closed the position within a short span of 90 days.

2) Director (PE Firm)

The Challenge – A position that was open for nearly an year. The mandate was given to an MNC consultancy firm, which had already worked and had covered substantial part of the Industry.

The Zenith Approach – Map the industry across the country. Approached the situation in a unique manner – looked for right candidates beyond the industry. Zeroed in on a candidate with a rich industry experience who had turned an entrepreneur. Convinced the candidate about the entrepreneurial traits and skills required in the profile. Successfully closed this position within 90-100 days.

3) Head of Operations for an Asset Management company

The Challenge – The organisation wanted the candidate to have exposure in both domestic and offshore operations – a rare combination in the industry.

The Zenith approach –Identified and closed this position through research, industry networking and innovative search within the assigned time. Identified the candidate from outside the Asset Management industry with expertise in the requisite role.
